Model

The commercial model is still being worked out. Rather than publish a unit we might change, we will publish the finished structure — and tell you — before anyone is billed.

Value

The value the platform is meant to earn is reduced uncertainty, faster troubleshooting, stronger documentation, and safer change planning.

Operational Value

Where IntraLogic pays for itself.

The price is small next to the cost of one prevented outage or one faster recovery. For MSPs and enterprise/internal IT teams alike, the value shows up in the everyday work — not just the emergencies.

Troubleshooting

Start an incident from dependency context instead of a blank diagram — cut the time from alert to root cause.

Onboarding

A new engineer, a new site, or a newly acquired client is understandable on day one, not after months of tribal knowledge.

Documentation review

Documentation-confidence scoring shows exactly what’s missing or stale — instead of trusting a wiki nobody has updated.

Reviews & QBRs

Walk a client or leadership through resilience, risk, and architecture with real evidence and board-ready reports.

Escalation

Hand a precise impact picture up the chain — what’s affected and why — instead of “something’s down.”

Change planning

Simulate the change before the maintenance window, so surprises happen in the model and not in production.

MSPs can also package this per managed client as a documentation, simulation, and executive-reporting add-on — turning the platform into a billable service tier.

Pricing Q&A

Questions buyers usually ask.

We have not decided, and we would rather say so than name a basis we might have to take back. What is settled is the commitment below: the model and the numbers are published, and everyone in the programme is told, at least 30 days before anything is billed. Enterprise arrangements will still be shaped around environment size, governance and retention needs — that much is a given — but the unit itself is open.

Yes. Executive HTML snapshots, scheduled summaries, and board-ready reporting can be packaged as a premium add-on.

Yes. Longer audit log retention, compliance reporting, and expanded history can be part of enterprise pricing.

It is not calculated yet. When it is, we will publish the basis in full rather than describe it in the abstract — and not before, because a basis quoted early is a number that gets quietly revised later.

No. Integrations operate read-only by default so teams can adopt the platform safely and review changes before publishing them into the model.

IntraLogic complements monitoring and documentation tools by adding dependency context, impact understanding, simulation, and versioned model review.

Yes. The same model works for small environments and scales into larger MSP and enterprise deployments as sites, roles, storage, and virtual infrastructure grow.

Yes. MSPs can package IntraLogic by managed client, by service tier, or as an advanced documentation, simulation, and executive-reporting add-on.
