1. Who we are

This website (intralogic.net) is operated by Intra Logic Inc. (“IntraLogic,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the marketing website only; the IntraLogic application has its own controls described on the Security page.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our early-access / contact form, which may include your name, work email, company, role, environment details, and message, and — if you apply to the Founding Partner Program — your organisation type, region, approximate organisation and infrastructure size, the technologies you run, and your answers about what you want the product to solve. That form asks for qualification detail only: we explicitly ask you not to send credentials, addressing, hostnames or configuration exports, and we do not want them. Applications are read by the founder, retained while the programme is running, and deleted on request. Applying does not guarantee admission. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a single short-lived flag in your browser (session storage) so the launch notice doesn’t repeat during a visit; this is not used to track you. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to a third party for them. Our host, Cloudflare, does collect aggregate, cookieless page-view analytics for this site, and necessarily sees the IP address of every request it serves — as any web host does. We do not join that to anything you submit.

3. How we use your information

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, evaluate early-access interest, and send you updates about the product and its launch. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

4. How the form is processed

Form submissions are handled by our form provider, Formspree, which delivers them to us by email and stores them in our account dashboard. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with service providers (such as Formspree) as needed to operate the form.

5. Data retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete them on request.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve provided. Email info@intralogic.net and we’ll act on your request.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International processing

Your information may be processed in the United States, where we and our service providers operate.

9. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
